Queen B Logistics LLC provides dispatching, freight coordination, and administrative support for owner-operators and small trucking fleets.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Load searching and booking

• Rate negotiation

• Broker and shipper communication

• Documentation management

• Carrier onboarding support

Each client’s engagement level and features depend on the chosen service package (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).

3. Service Agreement

All carriers or clients must sign a Dispatch Agreement and Limited Power of Attorney (POA) before dispatching services begin.

This ensures Queen B Logistics is authorized to communicate and negotiate with brokers on your behalf while maintaining transparency and compliance.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due weekly or per load, depending on your package.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, or Zelle.

• Queen B Logistics does not handle broker or shipper payments directly. Carriers are paid by the brokers or shippers.

• Late payments may result in service suspension until balances are cleared.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a carrier or client, you agree to:

• Maintain valid MC/DOT authority, insurance, and registration.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.

• Respond promptly to load offers or communication requests.

• Abide by all FMCSA and federal transportation regulations.

Failure to comply may result in termination of service.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your dispatching service at any time with a 7-day written notice.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Queen B Logistics reserves the right to terminate any service relationship immediately in cases of:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Non-payment

• Breach of contract

• Abusive or unprofessional behavior

7. Liability Disclaimer

Queen B Logistics acts solely as a dispatching service provider and not as a carrier, broker, or insurer.

We are not responsible for:

• Load payment issues between carrier and broker

• Delays, accidents, or damages incurred during transport

• Miscommunication caused by third parties

All load acceptance decisions remain solely with the carrier.

8. Confidentiality

All personal and business information shared with Queen B Logistics is kept strictly confidential.

We will not disclose client data to unauthorized third parties, except when required by law or for compliance verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, and designs — is the property of Queen B Logistics LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site or branding without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
