FAQs
What does Queen B Logistics do?
Queen B Logistics provides professional dispatching and freight coordination services for owner-operators and small trucking fleets. We handle booking loads, negotiating rates, communicating with brokers, and managing paperwork — so you can stay focused on driving and growing your business.
Do I need my own MC or DOT number to work with you?
Yes, you must have an active MC and DOT authority, along with current insurance and W-9 documentation. If you’re brand new, we can help guide you through the authority setup process or refer you to trusted partners who can handle filings for you..
What types of trucks do you dispatch?
We currently work with box trucks, sprinter vans, flatbeds, and reefers. Our team specializes in finding profitable loads that fit your lane preferences and truck capacity.
How does the payment process work?
Drivers are paid directly by the broker or shipper. Queen B Logistics charges a weekly flat rate or per-load fee depending on your chosen package. We invoice at the end of each week, and payment can be made through PayPal, Stripe, or Zelle.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, all carriers must sign a Dispatch Agreement and Limited Power of Attorney (POA) before we begin booking loads. This allows us to communicate and negotiate on your behalf while ensuring transparency and protection for both parties.
What’s included in your Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages?
Bronze (Basic): Load search, broker communication, and weekly dispatch.
Silver (Upgraded): Priority loads, full route planning, and performance reporting.
Gold (Premium): 24/7 dispatch support, rate negotiation, and business growth consulting.
Each package is customized to match your level of operation and budget.
